Shipping terms offered by Center 51

FREE DELIVERY for France, Belgium and Luxembourg for any order higher or equal to

199 € of merchandise whatever the range, delivery Mondial Relay pick-up only.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern exclusively the relationship between the Parties and may be modified from time to time. The general conditions of sale, as modified, will be applicable as soon as they are put online.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to the exclusion of all other conditions, including those in force in stores.

 

Article 2 : Order taking

Order taking on the website www.center51.com follows a process based on several complementary steps:

Orders are paid in full and at one time.

The placing of an order on the site requires the opening of a customer account, the latter records the administrative data concerning the customer as well as the delivery data.

Article 4 : Product availability

The offers and products offered by Center 51 are available as long as they are visible on the website, while stocks last.

The products you wish to order may be sent in a country outside the European Union (EU). Article 6 : Payment terms

Payment of purchases is made at the customer's choice only using the following means of payment:

The shipment of the order is made after verification of the customer's bank details and authorization of debit of the credit card by the customer's bank. In the absence of such authorization, the sale can not intervene. 

Article 7 : Delivery

Orders placed on the website on Friday afternoons, Saturdays or Sundays can only be processed on the following Monday. Orders placed on the website on a public holiday other than Friday, Saturday and Sunday will also be processed the next working day.

The customer is required to check the condition of the products delivered at the time of the customer's receipt.

The customer chooses one of the following delivery methods:

- DHL

Delivery costs depend on the delivery area, the selected delivery method and the order volume. Delivery is made to the address indicated by the customer.

The customer can follow the progress of the delivery of his order on the website Colissimo, Mondial Relay or DHL depending on the delivery method chosen.

The products you wish to order may be sent in a country outside the European Union (EU). If the customer receives the product after cancellation of the order, Center 51 proceeds to the refund of the amount of the purchase and the expenses of return, on reception of this one by Center 51, complete and in its state of origin as envisaged in Article 8.

Center 51 ships any order within a maximum of 48 hours (except week-end and public holiday) and under the condition that the product is in stock. This shipping time is to be added to the shipping time. 

 

Article 8 : Right of withdrawal / Product exchange (France and European Union)

In accordance with legal provisions, the customer has a right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or to pay penalties with the exception of the costs of return. This right does not apply to custom product orders. The customer has 14 days (from the day the customer, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the customer, physically takes possession of the last good) to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason. Be sure to include this label in your return package and send it to the address indicated on the printed label.

Once your return is taken care of by our logistics team, we will notify you by e-mail.

You must return the goods to the address indicated on the return receipt, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than fourteen days after you have communicated to us your decision to withdraw from this contract. This period is considered respected if you return the good before the expiration of the period of fourteen days.

In case of withdrawal from this contract, we will refund all payments received outside the delivery costs of the package (or return costs) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fifteen working days from from the day of receipt of the return parcel. We will refund using the same method of payment used for the original transaction.

Returned items must be new, unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Any product exhibiting signs of wear, damaged, not accompanied by the return note or addressed to an address different than that indicated, will be refused by Center 51. In this case, the products will be returned to the customer without this one being able to demand no refund or exchange.

The responsibility of the package remains the responsibility of the sender. Center 51 will decline all liability for loss or theft of goods in this hypothesis. We advise that the returns are made with a tracking number against proof of delivery.

In case of exchange, we will proceed to the despatch of the desired product as soon as your return package will be received and will have been inspected by our logistic service, and that the return costs of the parcel will have been paid by the customer.

Exchanges of goods can be carried out free on the spot in store in Paris, or by carrier for the countries of the European union only. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Article 8-1 : Right of withdrawal / Product exchange (outside the European Union)

An exchange made outside of a European Union country can only be done in Paris France. Shipments from a country outside the European Union are resubmitted to a VAT regulation in France. Center 51 will refuse and will not pay any return package from a country outside the European Union that would be subject to customs clearance.

There is no exchange or right of withdrawal planned outside the European Union, however Center 51 may consider a customer's request on a case-by-case basis.

 

Article 9 : Reservation of title

Center 51 retains full ownership of the products purchased by the customer until he has fulfilled all of his obligations and in particular until full payment of the price.

 

Article 10 : Refund and have

Reimbursement of the products will be made within 15 working days upon receipt of the return package. In certain cases, it is possible that this period is increased, the control of the goods returned by the customer is indeed imperative and will trigger the refund.

Refunds include the price of the products excluding delivery charges, and any costs of return.

The refund will be made through the same means of payment used by the customer during the initial transaction.

Payline and Center 51 are the recipients of the data related to the customer's order. The non-transmission of data related to your order prevents the realization and analysis of the customer's transaction.

Article 12 : Preservation of the elements of the order - Proof

Center 51 ensures the conservation of purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable support constituting a faithful copy in accordance with the provisions of the law of March 13, 2000 and article 1348 of the Civil Code. Center 51 ensures the conservation of this writing for ten years and guarantees its access to the client if it so requests.

Article 14 : Guarantee

The products offered by Center 51 are subject to the legal guarantee provided by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.

Any potentially defective product will be evaluated by Center 51's after-sales service, with the customer having to provide proof of purchase to prove the date of purchase of the product. Products deemed "defective" may be exchanged or reimbursed in accordance with the conditions of Article 7.

Center 51 implements the best efforts to deliver to customers compliant items within the meaning of provisions L211-4 and L211-5 of the French Consumer Code. However, Center 51 can not prevent a possible non-compliant delivery.

In the event that an anomaly (missing item compared to the order form, damaged or open package, damaged item ...) concerning the product is noted by the customer at the time of delivery, the customer has a delay of 3 days from delivery to form any reservations or claims respecting the formality of the return procedure described in Article 8 hereof. The provisions of this article do not prevent the customer from benefiting from the right of withdrawal provided for in Article 6.
